We are a family-run boutique winery in the heart of Valtènesi, where we passionately cultivate our grapes and produce high-quality artisanal wines, an authentic expression of this sunny and breezy region. We combine agricultural tradition with the use of technological and professional excellence, always with a focus on protecting the environment and biodiversity. Our grapes are cultivated according to these principles and harvested by hand, carefully monitoring every stage of production, from the vineyard to bottling. Our flagship products are the rosé wines typical of the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, complemented by a selection of white, red, and sparkling wines. The winery is directly connected to the Wine Resort, creating a place where wine, nature, and hospitality come together to express our vision of Valtènesi.
EXPERIENCE
At Conti Thun, Profumi di Mosto becomes a journey through wine, nature, music, and the flavors of Valtènesi. Stroll freely through our 15-hectare estate, amidst vineyards, olive groves, and the turtle pond, surrounding the ancient farmhouse that houses the Wine Resort.
A guided tour of the production cellar will reveal the secrets of winemaking, followed by a tasting of three iconic wines of the area: Micaela Valtènesi Rosé, Gioia Bianco, and Leonardo Rosso, accompanied by a delicious dish created by our chef.
The tasting will take place in the evocative setting of the long table on Viale delle Rose, immersed in the vineyards, with the voice and piano of Max Carrella accompanying the day.
Winery tours depart at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
In case of rain, the experience will take place inside the cellar.
Chef's dish pairing: local beef tartare with toasted carasau bread, homemade mayo, and wild arugula.
