At Conti Thun, Profumi di Mosto becomes a journey through wine, nature, music, and the flavors of Valtènesi. Stroll freely through our 15-hectare estate, amidst vineyards, olive groves, and the turtle pond, surrounding the ancient farmhouse that houses the Wine Resort.
A guided tour of the production cellar will reveal the secrets of winemaking, followed by a tasting of three iconic wines of the area: Micaela Valtènesi Rosé, Gioia Bianco, and Leonardo Rosso, accompanied by a delicious dish created by our chef.
The tasting will take place in the evocative setting of the long table on Viale delle Rose, immersed in the vineyards, with the voice and piano of Max Carrella accompanying the day.
Winery tours depart at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
In case of rain, the experience will take place inside the cellar.
Chef's dish pairing: local beef tartare with toasted carasau bread, homemade mayo, and wild arugula.

At Cantine Scolari, Profumi di Mosto becomes an experience to be fully enjoyed. The winery's wines will be the protagonists of a tasting accompanied by the intense and authentic flavors of Brescia's tradition, with the inevitable polenta completing the pairing.
But it won't be just a tasting: during the tour, the winery will have some surprises in store for guests, designed to make the visit even more engaging and special.
