La Guarda

Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 49, Muscoline BS, Italia

For Profumi di Mosto, we'll open the doors to the beating heart of our company: the winemaking cellar. We'll guide you on a truly unique sensory journey, designed for very small groups (maximum 15 people per session), where wine is discovered through taste, smell, and... hearing!

Through four exclusive tastings at four stages of the winemaking process, we'll show you how grapes transform over time. Each glass will be paired with the real sounds of the cellar—including tanks, barriques, and equipment—expertly interwoven with the frequencies of various musical instruments to create an immersive and evocative atmosphere:

🍇 Must before fermentation

🍷 Must after fermentation

🍾 Young wine from the tank

✨ Reserve wine from the tank

First session at 12:00 PM - Second session at 1:00 PM - Third session at 3:00 PM - Fourth session at 4:00 PM

🍷 Gourmet Experience to follow
After the immersive winery experience, the journey continues! A mini gastronomic tour curated by us awaits you: a journey of three culinary offerings paired with three wines, true excellences and authentic expressions of our winery.

An intimate and unique experience, where winemaking and the flavors of our land meet music to let you experience La Guarda with all five senses.
