Samuel Casella

A small farm established in Sopraponte di Gavardo in 2017, it covers a total area of approximately 3 hectares, one of which is vineyard, with the remainder occupied by a small olive grove and woodland. The vineyard is managed organically. Harvesting is done by hand, placing the grapes into crates, carefully selecting them. They produce primarily red wines. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, with no added oenological substances or sulfites during vinification or bottling. All wines are made exclusively from estate-grown grapes.
