The essence of Podere dei Folli is to represent the Valtènesi region and the dolce vita found on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda in a glass of rosé wine. We pass on the values of four generations of winemakers, focusing on the authenticity and eco-sustainability of our wines. Podere dei Folli embodies craftsmanship. We meticulously care for our vineyards to produce high-quality wines while respecting the environment. We emphasize the area's native grape varieties, such as Groppello, which is the predominant grape in most of our wines. Podere dei Folli boasts four generations of experience in this sector. It was among the pioneers of organic farming in Valtènesi in 2002, investing in the biodiversity and eco-sustainability of the vineyard. In the cellar, most fermentations are performed with selected indigenous yeasts and using simple, non-invasive winemaking practices. Our wines are extremely refined and elegant, conveying unique emotions to those who taste them. For us, rosé wine is not just a wine but a lifestyle.
