Pearl of Garda

Lonato del Garda (BS)

The story of Perla del Garda stems from a family farming tradition passed down over time, first in the Verona area and then in Lonato del Garda. A genuine passion for the land and its fruits translates today into wines that express commitment, creativity, and a strong connection to Made in Italy.

The company's philosophy is based on the idea of bringing vines back to the moraine hills, poor and stony territories that have always been suited to viticulture. Here, wine is born in the vineyard: manual harvesting and gravity-fed vinification are the cornerstones of a method that combines rural tradition with attention to terroir. Over time, the careful selection of vines and training systems has been complemented by vines over thirty years old, capable of enriching the wines with complexity and elegance.

The vineyards extend over 48 hectares between Lonato, Padenghe, and Soiano, producing Lugana, Garda, and Valtènesi DOP wines. Production is EQUALITAS, SQNPI, and organic certified.

The three-level cellar allows for gravity-fed vinification: the selected grapes are pressed or destemmed on the upper level, while the must and grapes naturally flow into the steel tanks for fermentation. All processes follow internationally recognized standards, in keeping with the "MAKE IT SUSTAINABLE" philosophy.

Today the Prandini family produces around 250,000 bottles a year, collecting prestigious awards such as the Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso, the Corone Vini Buoni d'Italia and the Golden Awards of the Merano Wine Festival.
