The Bertazzi Roccolo
Polpenazze del Garda (BS)

The origin of the company's name is very ancient: Roccolo is the name of a small, slender building, built on the base of a medieval tower surrounded by trees, built on top of a hill located in the heart of the company, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a view of the wonderful Lake Garda.
The company is managed by Bertazzi Andrea with the help of his family.
The land is located in the hilly area of the town (the Moreniche Hills) in the Castelletto area. The estate cultivates native Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, Barbera, Rebo, Incrocio Manzoni, Chardonnay, and Reesling vines for the production of Riviera Garda Classico DOP, IGT, and Tavola wines. The olive varieties grown include Casaliva, typical of the area, and Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Moraiolo for the production of oil. The Casa – Cantina Roccolo, with its small wine shop, is located at the beginning of the road leading into the beautiful historic center of the town.
