Born from a love for the Valtènesi, Naike and Nathan, fifth generation of the Bertola family, decided to found Opera Roses in 2017; the first and only winery in Italy specializing exclusively in the production of rosé wines. This bold and ambitious project stems from the cultivation of the four typical Valtènesi grape varieties, combining the region's rich tradition with winemaking innovation, resulting in rosés with distinctive and well-defined identities.
